Who am I to talk about this?

Hi, I’m Ketty Minissale, a certified nutrition coach.

I’ve lived it.

The busy, high-stress, always-on lifestyle:

For years, I used food (especially sugar)

To cope.
To numb.

About 15 years ago, I quit refined sugar.
